LRC mobile application comprises six e-services :

1. Title Register: It is a paid service that generates an affidavit of the title register.

2. Transaction Tracking: It is a free service that displays the status of the application.

3. Fees Simulation: It is a free service that calculates the approximate fees to be paid.

4. Title Register Changes: It is a free service that will send push notifications and e-mail’s to the concerned parties regarding all new title register entries done on a pre-selected property.

5. Ownership Request Tracking: It is a free service that displays the status of the ownership affidavit request.

6. Paid Invoices: It is a free service that displays all invoices of the last transaction done on a certain property.
